The Duo-Temp Pro heats up quickly thanks to its 1600W Thermocoil heating system. The water heats up while it passes through coiled stainless steel tubing in the heating unit. PID temperature control delivers water at precisely the right temperature, ensuring balanced espresso flavour. The unit heats up quickly for steaming milk, and the temperature is dropped automatically after steaming to the optimal espresso temperature.

Low pressure pre-infusion ensures balanced flavours are drawn evenly from all grinds. The ground coffee is infused with water with a low pressure, and then the pressure is gradually increased, extracting all flavors from the coffee.
